Today was a day like any other. I had great aspirations, only to have those aspirations dashed on the rocks by too much internet browsing and office chatter.
- I'm grateful to have an assistant (co-op) at work who is smart, cares, and catches on quickly.
- I'm grateful to have a co-worker/friend in Kenny at work who reminds us all to take it easy and not take life too seriously.
- I'm grateful to have a large desk which I can expand my work to so as not to feel cramped. I don't have to spend precious focus time keeping it clean. It means I can enjoy a lower impact day each day until I'm ready to take the plunge and clean up (about once every 10-14 days).
Note to self: Tomorrow, visit the skills you've learned. Dig up some good ones and cite those to be grateful for being able to rely on.
